Q. Are you located in the United States?
A. Yes, We are located on the East Coast in New Jersey.
Q. What products do you sell?
A. We sell mostly products such as All Natural and Organic Skincare creams, serums, lotions, and oils. We also sell cosmetics, cosmetic accessories, grooming products for men, skincare treatment tools, and even bathing products and accessories for the bathroom. We also sell gift box sets for holidays and special occasions. We even sell our brand of vitamins and supplements, skin care creams and serums, and bar soaps.
Q. Do you have a discount for Veterans and First Responders?
A. As a Veteran Owned Business. We are in partnership with GovX for giving a 15% Discount for all Military, Veterans, First Responders, Nurses, Teachers and Federal Employees. If you have not done so, register your information with GovX and create an account and you will log in your GovX credential at checkout to receive your discount. There is an unlimited use for the discount.
Q. What is your handling and processing time?
A. We will usually have your order shipped out within 1-3 business days, as long as there are not issues with the shipping information or payments. Please make sure you double check your information before placing and completing your order so there are no delays.
Q. Do I receive a tracking number for my order when it is shipped?
A. Yes, All orders will have a tracking number and sent directly to your email address or phone number that you use at checkout.
Q. Will you sell my information?
A. No, We respect everyone's privacy and will not sell your information to other third party vendors. We do not gain anything for selling your information, therefore your information remains with us.
Q. Will you have special discounts throughout the year?
A. Yes, We will have discounts for special days, such as for week of Valentine's Day, week of Mother's Day, week of Father's Day, and the Christmas Holiday starting around the week of Thanksgiving.
Q. Will you have special offers for repeat customers?
A. Yes, If you sign up with your email, there will be periodic times we will send offer codes for our repeat customers and members.
Q. How long does shipping take for the products after I place my order?
A. Shipping for most products will take up to 5 business days, not including weekends and holidays. It will also depend on the carrier that is being used.
Q. What delivery services are used?
A. Carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL are used to ship out the products.
Q. What is the price for delivery services?
A. Any purchases made under $30 will be based on the product. For example, any products sent by USPS, will be based on priority mail size, UPS and Fedex will ship based on weight. Purchases over $30 are shipped free.
Q. What are the skin care products ingredients?
A. The products from Aniise, Mokann, Symbiome, EVOLVh, BeNat and Supliful are made from all natural and/or organic ingredients and are US based companies.
Q. What is your refund and return policy?
A. You have up to 30 days for products that are not considered to be compromised, as in they have been opened and have been contaminated. Products like cosmetics, lotions, creams, serums, shampoos and conditioners, cannot be returned. All other products as stated in our return policy will be accepted.
